I didn’t have much time to jump into a game lately, but one of the few games I was really anticipating was Sanctum 2. Today I found a chance to give it a first try
When you start the game, you’ll be greeted by some comic scenes – after that you will have a few minute to get used to the controls and the game will quickly walk you through your first moves, all really simple and you will quickly get used to the controls if you have played any FPS before.
One of the few new features is that you can sprint now and to build defense towers you will have to collect your “rewards” after each wave close to the core. The first waves are as you can image still very easy, but it will quickly get more difficult.
Building defense towers is still easy, you find a good spot and hold the left mouse button. You can use the mouse wheel to switch between the basic wall modules and the weapons.
Let’s take a quick look at some screenshots. The graphics look a little blurry on the shots, but it’s actually quite good
