Since Microsoft purchased Minecraft last year, many wondered where the company would take the game, and many wondered where exactly Minecraft would be left. An exciting announcement on Thursday about the newest downloadable pack coming to Minecraft, will certainly excite Minecraft players.

The announcement on the Xbox Wire on Thursday, details the launch of The Simpsons content pack for Minecraft players on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One systems. The downloadable pack, which is scheduled to be released in late February 2015, will include everything imaginable for Simpsons fans for Minecraft.

This downloadable pack will only cost $1.99, and will surely be an instant hit with Simpsons fans and Minecraft fans. With the ability to integrate the Simpsons into the Minecraft world, one can only imagine the possibilities. The launch on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One will surely clog the Xbox Live servers in late February 2015.
