VOIP Phone Functionality in Windows 8

Windows 8 Can Make Phone Calls

It should not come as a surprise but popular developer Long Zheng has published photos of the developer preview version of Windows 8 to show parts that prove the OS’ ability to make phone calls. The image on top shows a tile showing a missed call notification.
