Join Meetings Easier In Windows 10 With TeamViewer Blizz

We all know that joining meetings on our Windows 10 devices can be a little cumbersome at times, and finding the right app to join that meeting is another thing. The team behind TeamViewer has a new Windows 10 app named Blizz, and its aiming to make joining meetings a lot easier.

TeamViewer Blizz is a free Windows 10 app on the Windows Store, and its maimed stated goal is to make your online meetings super simple. That’s a lofty goal set by them, but the app itself it pretty awesome, and I’ve been able to join meetings easily and pretty simply using the app so far.

Make Online Meetings Safer & Secure With TeamViewer Blizz On Windows 10

Instant & Seamless

The first thing that you’ll notice with TeamViewer Blizz, is that the app works behind firewalls, and detects the connections right away. It sets up user rights, allows for chatting and file sharing right off the bat. This means that users won’t have to configure 100 things before joining a meeting using the app.

Next, the app itself is quite quick. You can use a whiteboard during the meetings and mark up the screen without much delay. Sharing screens takes only a few clicks, and that makes those viewing the presentation a lot happier during the meeting. You can present from your Windows 10 machine, and show what’s on the screen or share only selected applications from your selections.

Secure & Multimedia Focused

The TeamViewer Blizz app uses RSA 2048 public/private key exchange with AES 256 bit end-to-end session encryption, so meetings stay secure no matter where they are. You can share instant messages with other participants, and it users the TeamViewer technology in the app that already powers over 35 million meeting sessions per year. They have quite a backbone and the Blizz app uses it.

But, where it shines is the multimedia focus behind the app. High quality video conferencing is built within the app, and users can also call in via the high quality VOIP offerings in the app. Free dial-in phone numbers are available within the app as a premium, and it allows for 10 participants for free. Anymore than 10 requires something beyond the free plan for business users.

TeamViewer Blizz is the newest, but most robust meeting app available on the Windows 10 ecosystem. If you have or are in a ton of online meetings, bring this up to the next organizer, and take a peek at it.
