AeroTiles: Windows 8 Features For Your Desktop

DownloadInformer created another useful Windows 7 app that allows you to put Aero tiles on your Windows 7 desktop. Yep, you heard correctly. They are finally here: AERO User Tiles!


Aero Tiles for Windows 7

Tiles are basically nothing more than rectangles with information that may or may not be movable. The information can be dynamic or static.

AeroTile allows you to add several Aero tiles (they’re transparent and resemble the Windows 7 Aero look) to your desktop. This is quite handy because you can quickly access commonly used system folders or add “shortcuts” to Documents, Music, Games, Videos and much more.
