Download Windows 8 Developer Preview
Starting Sept 13, 20:00 PT (3:00 GMT on Sept 14th) you can download the Windows 8 developer preview.
The Windows 8 developer preview version will be available as a 32 and 64-bit version. Yes Windows 8 dev-preview will be available with tools + apps or just apps.
No activation necessary, self-support. It even includes Visual studio so you can start developing right away.
Head over to http://dev.windows.com to download the Windows 8 developer preview later and give it a try!
Developing for Windows 8 will be quite a good chance to catch up if you missed the iPhone/iPad app hype.
