I definitely recommend Zotus UAP Collection that includes 40 new User Account pictures. The package contains the pictures framed (BMP) and without frame (PNG), so that you can use them either in a logonui file or simply to change your account picture.
Additionally, the author included a frame template that allows you to create your very own user account pictures for a logonui file.
