Allow themes to change desktop icons!

Before you download and apply any themes, make sure that the following option is checked:
“Allow themes to change desktop icons”. You can find this option when you click on “Change desktop icons” inside the “personalization control panel”. To open up this control panel, simply right-click on your desktop and select “Personalize”.
