Dota 2 Pictures & Artwork
Valve announced that they will be working on a successor to the highly successful Warcraft 3 map DotA (Defense of the Ancients). They are trying to avoid any connection to the name Defense of the Ancients, but is that really possible?
Valve has managed to trademark “Dota” and will not change the original gameplay of DotA and also keep the cartoon-like graphic of Warcraft 3. A modified source engine (HL2) will be used. As of right now we don’t have any in-game pictures, only artworks. But if Valve wasn’t convinced of it, they’d probably be making Half-Life 3 now.

Some of the artworks of Dota 2: Lina, Morphling, Dwow Ranger, Bloodseeker. Some really great pictures. The Bloodseeker looks really bad-ass.
