Display MAC Address On Your Desktop !


We previously told you how to find the MAC address in Windows 7, but what if you want display the MAC address right on your desktop along with other crucial system information? There’s an easy solution.

Download Microsoft’s “SysInternals” Tools: BGInfo

This handy tool allows you to display system information right on your desktop.

Start the BGInfo.exe and you will get the following screen:

All you have to do is select “MAC Address” from “Fields” click on “<- Add” and then finally click on Apply to display the MAC address on your desktop. This works on Windows 7, Vista and XP!

The MAC address will then magically appear on your desktop:

Best of all, you can change the colors or add other crucial system information.
