Disable Windows 8 Startup Apps Right From Task Manager
In Windows 8 you will be able to disable startup apps right from the task manager.
In Windows 7 you had the possibility to disable startup applications from the msconfig.exe configuration tool. In the upcoming Windows 8 you can do this right from the task manager.
- 1. Open the task manager
- 2. Go to the tab Startup and it will give you a list of all startup applications
- 3. Select all apps that you want to disable
- 4. Click on Disable and you’re done
The revamp of Windows 8 task manager is quite nice and will simplify things.
