So, less than 4 weeks until we get the first details about the Crysis 2 multiplayer. pdemon33 on Youtube has already created a cool Crysis 2 teaser trailer based on the multiplayer of Crysis Warhead (Crysis Wars).

Crysis Wars multiplayer overlooked?

Crysis 2 multiplayer could be similar to Warhead and they will surely apply a lot from what they have learned from the Warhead multiplayer. Some say, Crysis Warhead / Crysis Wars is totally overlooked and the multiplayer wasn’t that bad, what do you think? The game is still receiving updates, the latest update was 1.5. Crytek did a lot of re-balanacing on the vehicles, weapons and nanosuit and it’s pretty decent now.

So, they surely know how to avoid memory leaks in big multiplayer maps, balance the weapons and create a fair multiplayer environment by now. If they apply all that to Crysis 2 and create some decent 21-players multiplayer maps, then I’m sure that Crysis 2 will be able to challenge other popular multiplayer titles like MW2.
