Thanks for that, I did what you said – I had done it before also – but the windows\system\32 comes up in the window, and when I type in slui.exe, the window pops up that says “the program can’t start because sppcommdlg,dll is missing from my computer!!”

then right-click on the cmd.exe and click on Run as administrator

Then type the command seen above. This should do the trick

When I hit control/shift/enter I get this in the command window:

c:\Windows\system32

with an arrow after the 32, so I can’t put anything in there. Also, I couldn’t find the exact AVG file you referenced, but another – AVG Watchdog, and disabled it. Any other advice

P.S. Yeah, I typed it without the quotes.

I’ve tried this and it didn’t work but that’s not a problem. I wanted to disable the “Administrator” account and I did, by typing: “net user administrator /active:no”.
But it still appears before loading Windows when started a laptop (asks me with which user account I want to log in).
Please help, how can I make it disappear?
