Battlestar Galactica Windows 7 Start Button

Included in the Windows 7 theme is also a colonial Start button. Looks pretty awesome on a black taskbar. I also included a 32-bit explorer in this theme for all 32-bit Windows 7 users. You can NOT use the start button on Windows Vista or XP.
