This themepack auto-install various icons. In order for this to work you need to allow themes to change desktop icons. Make sure to visit the link if your icons do not change after applying this theme to WIndows 7

There are a few variations of the User icon in the ZIP file for every empire one icon:

• Terran Republic
• New Conglomerate
• Vanu Sovereignty

The Planetside 2 Start Button

On our site you find many themes that come with a explorer.exe – if you want you can either try to replace the explorer.exe if you are on Windows 7 64-bit or you can modify the explorer.exe yourself using a Resource editor or lastly, you can simply use a tool like the Start button changer, which you can download from door2windows.com or this link

We created this great Start button for your Windows 7 PC but with a few tweaks you can use it on Windows 8 but for that to work you’d first have to find a tool that restore the button.
