Animated Windows 7 Themes for $10! (Normally $20)
There are many great tools included in ObjectDesktop 2010 , one of them is DeskScapes. Deskscapes allows you to set animated wallpapers as your desktop background (that can be wmv files for example). Animated Windows 7 themes will be more resource-hungry and I wouldn’t recommend it to people on old PC’s with less than 4GB, but it’s definitely an eye-catcher and well worth $10!

There is also a free alternative that allows you to enable the Vista feature DreamScene on Windows 7, but there aren’t many animated wallpapers for it and $10 for 228+ animated themes and wallpapers ain’t really much. Anyway, if you need instructions how to enable it, read this.
