2nd Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Map Pack coming
Did you like the Call of Duty MW2 Map Pack? If so, you’ll be pleased to hear that Activision announced a second map pack that will arrive in late 2010.
Activision has sold more than 17 million map packs on XBOX360 alone for the complete Call of Duty franchise. Big numbers! Some more numbers have been mentioned during a financial call: 1.75 billion hours Call of Duty, 1.75 billions hours were spent online ingame on XBOX Live alone.
The second map map pack will be released in the 2nd half of 2010. They will probably release the map pack *before* releasing their new Call of Duty title, called Call of Duty Black Ops.
Activision did not mention the price or the size of the map pack, but considering the last map pack included 5 new maps and was priced at $15, you can probably exact a similar size/prize, although it would be great to get a better price this time.
