Great theme for those who like to customize the PC. The red-dark style, the Trooper Orb and the red glows make this an oustanding Windows 7 theme.

3. CLONE-Blue WINDOWS 7 THEMES BY HELL-X
This is the blue counterpart of the theme above. If you don’t like red-dark themes, you should get this one instead. Blue is the most popular color out there, so there’s a good chance you might like this more.

4. LightSabre-Blue Tron Shell Theme
A great theme by a great Artist! This theme is the fourth of four in this series. This comes very close to a Tron UI - so if you’re into Tron, definitely get this shell theme.

5. Rise of the Primes Dark-Blue Windows 7 Theme
Clash of the Titans V: Rise of the Primes Blue. The author included a lot of stuff, so this is definitely worth checking out. 7. Red Visual Style for Windows 7 – For Customizers!
This theme still requires some work. If you know how to modify an existing shell theme (We explained how to make custom Windows 7 themes here) this is a good choice because you can easily fix some of the things you don’t like
